What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a model before it's officially released or arrives in our inventory. This ensures you secure your desired piece, especially for limited-edition releases that may sell out quickly.

How Our Pre-Order Process Works

1. Pre-Order Announcement

When a new model becomes available for pre-order, we announce it through our website, Instagram, and WhatsApp broadcast channel. Each listing includes:

  • Model number and brand
  • Scale and variant details
  • Expected arrival date (ETA)
  • Pricing information

2. Place Your Pre-Order

Browse our pre-order collection and add your desired models to cart. To secure your reservation, we collect a booking amount of ₹100 per model at the time of order. This helps us accurately gauge demand and procure the right quantities from our suppliers.

Example: If a model's total price is ₹1,599, you pay ₹100 as a pre-order booking fee when placing your order.

3. Production & Shipping

After the pre-order window closes, manufacturers produce and ship the models. We provide estimated arrival dates, though these can occasionally shift due to production or shipping factors beyond our control.

4. Arrival & Fulfillment

Once your pre-ordered model arrives at our facility, we conduct quality checks and prepare it for shipment. Here's how the fulfillment process works:

  • Fulfillment Email: You'll receive an email notification with the final price breakdown, your pre-order booking deduction (₹100), and the remaining balance due.
  • Payment Link: The email includes a secure payment link to clear the pending amount. This creates a new fulfillment order for your reserved model. All payment modes are made available. 
  • Choose Your Address: At checkout, you can select or update your delivery address as needed.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees, if applicable, will be applied manually to your fulfillment order. Many customers prefer to combine multiple fulfillment orders together to qualify for free shipping thresholds. (free above 2000)
  • Dispatch: Once payment is completed, your order ships within 24-48 hours.

Continuing the example:

  1. For a model below 2000:

    For a ₹1,599 model, after paying ₹100 upfront, you'll pay the remaining ₹1,499 using the payment link provided in the fulfillment email , order gets created. Our team will manually update the order with the applicable shipping amount (85 - South, 150 - North states), at this point you can choose to pay the shipping charge or use a 7 day holding period to club other pre-orders or in-stock model orders to save on shipping. 
  2. For a model above 2000:

     For a ₹2,199 model, after paying ₹100 upfront, you'll pay the remaining ₹2,099 using the payment link provided in the fulfillment email , order gets created. Our team will ship the order within 3 business days.

Important Things to Know

ETAs are Estimates: Expected arrival dates are provided by manufacturers and can change due to production schedules, shipping delays, or other factors. We'll keep you updated on any changes.

Two-Stage Payment: Pre-orders require ₹100 booking fee upfront. The remaining balance is collected when the model arrives and is ready for fulfillment.

Fulfillment Flexibility: You can combine multiple fulfillment orders to take advantage of free shipping offers or reduce per-order shipping costs. ( We offer 7 days of holding period. )

Cancellations: Please review our cancellation policy before placing a pre-order. In the event of delays from our end (more than 30 days of release in Indian market) a full amount refund can be requested for your pre-order bookings. In the event of cancellations from our end, we will offer full refunds to your account or add the booking amount as store credit as per your wish.
