Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Time:
Domestic Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 15 days from the date of order confirmation.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transit delays and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping: Orders ₹2,000 and above ship free via DTDC Air across India
  • South India: ₹85 flat rate for orders under ₹2,000 (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Telangana)
  • North India: ₹150 flat rate for orders under ₹2,000

Shipping on Pre-Orders will be charged during fulfillment , only if order value is below 2000, clubbing of preorders arriving within a span 7-10 days is encouraged. 

Please note that Insurance is not included in FREE shipping option. If you want the shipment to be insured, kindly mention the same in the notes while placing your order. Insurance charges are 2% of your product value. 

Example 1:
Product Value - 1799
Shipping Value - 150
Insurance at 2% of 1799 - 35.98 (If insurance is required - this will be extra amount charged) 

Example 2:
Product Value - 2500
Shipping Value - 0 
Insurance at 2% of 2500 - 50 (If insurance is required - this will be extra amount charged)

Loss in Transit:
For shipments lost in transit, customers must file claims directly with DTDC for retrieval and resolution. While 303 Exclusive Diecasts is not liable for losses during transit, we will support you by providing tracking information and assisting with follow-ups where possible.

DTDC Refund Structure for Lost Consignments:

1. Without Insurance: ₹1,000 flat compensation (regardless of order value)
2. With Insurance: Full order value compensation

Please note that claim settlements are processed directly between the customer and DTDC. 303 Exclusive Diecasts will assist by providing any necessary documents to support your claim process.

To file a loss-in-transit claim with DTDC:

Loss-in-transit refund claims must be initiated by the customer directly with DTDC.
